Worlds Collide – Matches Announced

Two wrestling universes are on a collision course as Melbourne City Wrestling (MCW) and Oceania Pro Wrestling (OPW) prepare for their worlds to collide at the historic Thornbury Theatre on Sunday 22nd September.

Current OPW Heavyweight and MCW Tag Team Champion Adam Brooks has called the Thornbury Theatre home for over thirteen years. From his breakout performances to championship victories, Brooks has forged a loose legacy that will be etched into MCW history.

Meanwhile, Mustafa Ali, currently embarking on his World Tour has competed around the globe, a veteran of over two decades, Ali returns down under for the first time since 2019.

On Sunday 22nd September, Brooks and Ali’s worlds will collide as these two champions clash in an International showdown for the OPW gold.

Reigning Lucha Libre AAA Reina de Reinas Champion Lady Flammer has been dominating the Mexican wrestling scene with her unique blend of high-flying acrobatics and hard-hitting strikes is now poised to finally make her Australian debut.

Standing in her way is Jessica Troy, a cornerstone of Australian women’s wrestling. With multiple championships to her name and a reputation for technical mastery, Troy represents the pinnacle of homegrown talent.

Mexico will meet Australia as Flammer battles against Jessica Troy in an International clash of styles and continents at Worlds Collide.
